Qguar TMS Mobile is a mobile application developed to support drivers and personnel en route during physical performance of transport operations. The TMS system in the mobile version ensures information exchange with the Qguar TMS system, support of routes and transit stop-overs, confirmation of loading and unloading operations, control of load units and recording of events occurring during shipment tasks.

Qguar TMS Mobile is a system aimed at mobile support of shipment processes that is closely integrated with the Qguar TMS system. It is designed for drivers and personnel involved in carrying out transport operations. It supports operations performed during shipment tasks and enables ongoing exchange of information with the dispatch office, both in on-line and off-line mode.

The system provides detailed information concerning the order of transit stop-overs and does so directly en route.
Confirmation of load-related operations completed at specific transit stop-overs
The driver may confirm load-related operations completed at specific transit stop-overs, which includes performance of specific loading and unloading operations. The information concerning completed operations are recorded during physical performance of a shipment task and can be transferred to the TMS system. A load delivery confirmation is linked to a specific transit stop-over along a route being covered.
Supervision over loading and unloading of load units
Support of load delivery or reception has been extended to cover control of load units (e.g. pallets) during loading and unloading operations. Operations related to load units are recorded within the framework of processing specific transit stop-overs and remain directly linked to the confirmation of load shipment completion.
Scanning of load units
Qguar TMS Mobile enables the driver to scan load unit labels during loading and unloading operations. This function supports control of load units and confirmation of load shipment completion at specific transit stop-over.
Communication between the driver and the head office
The TMS Mobile system enables exchange of messages between the driver and the head office during performance of transport operations. Ongoing information exchange allows the data concerning shipment task progress to be exchanged between the driver and the persons in charge of shipment task processing.

Qguar TMS Mobile allows the driver to record payments during performance of transport operations. In the case of COD (cash on delivery) payments, the driver may confirm receipt of a given amount of cash at a given transit stop-over and indicate the currency. Cash receipt can be realized if a cash collection order has been created in the Qguar TMS system for a given shipment order.
