Subject matter of the training course:
The Qguar MES package is a modern and efficient tool, designed to trace production processes, manage batches of goods and local product reserves, and monitor the quality of manufactured products. The Qguar MES system consists of a range of functions that enable the user to monitor and manage production and to observe in real time irregularities that appear during production processes. The system provides numerous indexes and reports, available in real time, and makes it possible to supervise the continuity of resources operation and minimize losses, while facilitating reduction of production costs. Qguar MES makes it also possible to manage standards applicable to semi-finished products and finished products, which – in combination with the production process definition module – facilitates and accelerates the process of launching the production of new products or even changing already implemented technologies. Qguar APS is an advanced system of production planning and scheduling. It is an efficient tool for production companies, where punctual realization of orders without any need to maintain high stock levels is a very high-ranking priority. Thanks to Qguar APS, planning and scheduling of production orders proceeds efficiently, while human errors are avoided.

For whom:
The training course has been prepared for people that are absolute beginners and want to learn how to operate the Qguar MES and Qguar APS systems in real life. The most important capabilities offered by the systems are presented on a model installation of Qguar MES/APS systems. During the course, participants individually practise using the most important of the presented operations, based on exercise descriptions and coaches’ guidelines. Participants acquire the knowledge and skills to allow him/her to independently operate the Qguar WMS and APS systems.

The training course is recommended especially for people applying for a job and for new employees of companies that use Qguar WMS and APS.
